Alinor did an excellent job helping me get a record sale for a two bedroom, two bathroom duet. From pre-listing on, she helped me get everything organized with home inspection and advised me on what should be prioritized to get maximum value. She opened her Rolodex to me and introduced me to plumber, movers, handyman, stager, cleaners, already vetted by her... all of whom made the process of selling a house painless. We listed the house on a Wednesday, just in time for monthly broker's tour. She hosted a well attended open house the following weekend, and by the end of day the following Wednesday we had multiple offers and a record sale for a two bedroom in the neighborhood. I recommend her highly and if I have to do another to real estate transaction in the future will definitely give her a call first.
